Sorry about this taking so long to respond. The tower that you refer to is what was originally the AT&T towers. The tower is still currently being used, we are not sure if AT&T still operated the tower or not. The tower goes down seven stories into the ground. As to the year it was constructed, we believe it was somewhere around the mid to late 1960's.
