I think Polk Co. was created from Paulding Co. split in 1860.
My Grandfather was Felton Campbell, Jas Oscar's younger brother. I have done some research on Belt Campbell and found his parents . Father : Joseph OR Joe Jr. Campbell
Mother: Catherine OR Kate Bentley
There was a list of their children and Thomas Porter was not on it. Could they have been Cousins?
