I have checked at Moorgate cemetery, old ground Z91, and unfortunately there is no headstone.
I have also checked the burial register and found:
Emily Matthews died 1st May 1898, buried 5th May 1898 aged 17 months. Cause of death convulsions, born & died at Eastwood. Parents Matthias & Annie Matthews, coal miner.
There are no other burials recorded in the grave.
