1960 franfurt orphanage
I was born in 1960 and placed in an orphanage in frankfurt.Adopted by my present parents, a US serviceman and wife while stationed at an Air base there. Possible I had sisters in same orphanage. Birth mothers maiden name of Melanie Dechert listed on birth certificate. Can anyone help with any orphanage names for this era or give some guidance as how to trace this matter? Thanks, Steve
