hello,
ive looked through my records of adoptions / orphnages,
and the only BIRCH i have is a girl from Tasmania,
- Emma BIRCH,
born 22-11-1866,
--( 1-7-1870, foster mum; johanna WATERMAN, of Hobart)
-- ( 1877, Queens orphanage)
-- (19-5-1879, St Josephs orphanage)
-- ( 9-7-1884, service of Mr TAYLOR, of La Trobe )
no idea if she would even be related to you but you never know,,
