Childrens Home Society Oakland CA baby Mary Cook 1944
Does anyone have any information about the Childrens Home Society in Oakland CA. This is where the baby we are helping was adopted from June 14 1944. Has anyone had any luck getting birth records from Alameda Co CA? We have non identifying info from the childrens home. Both adopted parents are deceased and we have their death certificates but how do we go about getting actual birth information. It is needed for health reasons as well as personal information.
