The book is out of print. I gave permission to a relative to scan it onto a CD-ROM, but nothing came out of that idea. If you are willing to go to a library, try interlibrary loan, if your library has access to a computerized resource that will identify which libraries have the book. If the Library of Congress number would simplify that search, here it is : 81-81206
I also have a card index (in geographic order) of libraries that purchased the book. I don't know which of them may have discarded it to make room for new books. If you send me the city and state where your nearest library is, I'll try to find a nearby library in my card index. But I prefer that you try the librarian first.
