Hi Marge, The street names you have written are in downtown Denver . They exist today However, I think "Champo" is Champa. As far as I know the streets have been the same then as today. I will look at Google maps to try to locate these streets and get back to you A.S.A.P.
As far as I know there has not been a fire in this area that would have eliminated the surroundings. The Franklin system was used when the streets were laid out so it will be easy to locate them. I will then be able to remember the area
