I have pictures too. My mom, Edna Frances Murphy b.1926-d.2009, and her siblings, Edward Iver b.1924, Lamar Andrew b.1927-d.1992, Guyoma Kathryn b.1929, Charles Orvile b.1931-d.1998 were all in children homes. Her youngest brother Charles was partially deaf the homes were not set up to deal with him so my mom said [her words] they put him in a nut house. As soon as she could she got him out. Rev. Edward was living in Atlanta, but I've have not been able to find him to tell him my mom has died, so he may be dead too. He was reverand of Mount Vernon Baptist Church in May of 1993 I think, I found a letter inviting people to his wedding, among my mom's things. I think they were put in the homes about 1939. My email slt1372@eatel.net, my tree is public so you can search them out to look at pictures of all of them. Kathryn is still living, in Nashville. Kathryn and Lamar were soon placed with foster parents after being put in the home. I have pictures of them with the foster parents. I don't know if body on here, were in homes that long ago or there relatives were????
