After completing 8th grade I was offered a chance to go to Benedictine Military School in Savannah, Ga.,912-644-7000.I declined and my brother @ I went home with our parents who had just remarried. From what I hear St. Benedictine was a first class military school. For girls of that age they went to St. Marys also in Savannah.I don't know where the girls orphanage was, I'm thinking it was in Savannah. Hope this helped.BTW where are you from?
