Catholic Orphanage - Atlanta Georgia

Greetings from Nova Scotia, Canada!
Can anybody point me in the right direction to locate an orphanage in downtown Atlanta which was run by the Catholic church during the early 1960's? I believe by that early 1980's it had been closed down and the building boarded up.
Am also looking for a private Jesuit school during the same time and in the same area. Does anybody have any information as to how I can locate this school.
Does anybody recognize the name Father Thomas?
I've really hit a brick wall with this. Any help of any kind would be appreciated.
