Jounalist is seeking information about Covington, GA orphange that was run by Dinah Pace Watts from 1890 through the mid 1930s. The school was charted in 1890 as the Covington Colored Orphans Home, but was later renamed The Reed Home and Industrial School. My guess is, based on age, that some of the students who lived at the school in the 1930s might still be alive. Below is a list from 1930. I am trying to get in contact with any of them. Any helo would be appreciated.
