The following bibliographic citation is for a 125-page printed book that is a report of the 1933 census. I saw the book at the New York Public Library. I know nothing about the manuscript schedules that may have been used by the census-takers.

The bulk of the book (p. 63-124) has title: "Statistics for Individual Institutions," and is arranged by state, thereunder by auspices: state, county, religious, etc. Omits street addresses of institutions.
