My mother-in-law was born in St Vincent's,Orphanage and Maternity Hospital, but she was not adopted out. Could I find her records there at the Midwest Adoption Center as recommended. Although she was not adopted, her records could be there, right? Her name is Kathleen Monica we are not sure about her last name. She believed her given last name to be HARDESTY which she later shortened to Harding. She was believed to be born on February 8, 1923 or October 9, 1923.
If any one has any information that I can use, please help me and my family location our love ones She never knew who her parents were. My mother-in-law died never knowing who she really was or where she came from. Please if anyone can help me I would appreciated it very much.
