Am seeking info on orphanage from Spencer County that burned down around 1950 then relocated as the Veatsch Home in Rockport. Grandfather and 3 siblings were at home from 1902 to about 1914, when came of age. Was this a "work farm"? How large was it? Have written to Archives, State Library & State Welfare looking for records with no result. Does anyone have a photo? Any info would help and be appreciated.
