Kernstock information

My husband's great grandmother lost both parents at a young age. Parent's were Johann and Catherine Franck Kernstock from Germany. Louisa was possibly born in Germany. Elizabeth may have been her middle name and the name Catherine may be in there somewhere. Records I find conflict as well as dates. Louisa married a John Miller and had 8 children.

Louisa was about 9 years older than her siblings. Frances Kernstock (female) and August Kernstock (male). Kernstock is not a very common name there so this has helped some. I have made contact with a decendent of the Walle's but not a direct line....but very helpful in connecting the dots.

Frances Kernstock married Henry Walle and August married a Miltie/Mittie Spence both had children.

I have found August Kernstock's name (age 9 or 11 - can't remember off hand))listed on the 1880 census at the German Orphanage in Louisana but can find nothing on the 2 girls. Any help would be appreciated.
