Orphages in St. Paul

Surnames: Prommersberger/ Brommersberger
I am searching for the records of 3 siblings who were placed in an orphanage about 1885 when their father died and remained there for about 10 years. The siblings were Madgalen Prommersberger (my gm) and her sisters Elizabeth and Sophia.The last name has shown up as Brommersberger in early census records. Any information would be helpful.
