I am looking for my natural father. His name is Billy West. He left Palmer Orphanage and supposedly went into the Army. He might not want anything to do with me and that is ok. I am doing family history and this family side is incomplete. He had approximately 3 sisters and three brothers. I was in touch with another lady about this and have lost communication with each other. If anyone can help in this de-lima, it would be highly appreciated.
