I'm looking for any info at all I can get on my father who was adopted. He was adopted from what was the Oxford Children's Home. Although he has his birth cert. and is has his mother's name, I am getting nowhere fast. He was born in 1934 and was adopted, I think by the time he was 5 or so. His name after adoption was Robert L. Brooks, Jr. but I have no way of knowing his birth name if any. His mother's name was Mary Lee and I think she was from around Chester SC. Thanks.
