Hi Jim:
Glad to hear from you, we guys from SHO have a lively chat thru the e-mail going on.Frank Macaro. Paul Lalley and Henry Coffee and a few others are in on it. I am also attending a meeting on October 28th down in Brick, New Jersey at 2PM Sunday in the Rainbow Diner. A few people attending were also at St. MArys Orphanage..Which I think was right on South Orange Avenue in Newark right?
I got in the joint SHO in about 1940 and stayed there till 1950 I was about 5 years old and my brother Joe DiGiesi was 6 at the time..Of course we knew many of the boys there after a while...Recently we guys have been sharing some chatting and Pictures of the Joint and also the Camp up in Harriman.N.Y. it has ben a kick to get in touch after all these years..Sister Gertrude , Sister Mildred , Sister Agnes, Sister Henretta, Sister Kathleen were there at the Time..and many other Nuns...
