I am looking for the orphanage my granmother was from in West Virgina. Before my grandmother passed she showed me a photo of her in an orphanage with approx 20 other children. Unfortunatley at the time she would not part with the photo and since her passing I have been unable to locate it. It was the only pucture there was of her as a small child. Her mother was Chippewa Indian of the Siouna tribe, Cora Collins. Her mother was murdered in 1932. Her father was English, Robert Lee Richmond. I need information on the orphanage to go back further. My grandmother sent to an orphanage, was never adopted and seperated from several siblings.
