RASMUSSEN: Elizabeth Rasmussen passed away on Monday, December 31, 2012 at the Parkside Nursing Home in Regina. Elizabeth “Liz” leaves to cherish her memory her sister Laura (John) Chernoff of Saskatoon; her four children, Murray Rasmussen of Yorkton, Carla (Larry) Natrasany of Regina, Myra (David) Gerhardt of Medicine Hat and Ingrid Bradbury of Regina; her four grand children, Annette Rasmussen, Sarah Natrasany, Kira and Breanne Gerhardt; her two great grandchildren, Emma-Lee Rasmussen and Hunter Smoly, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
For the latter part of he life, we thank the Parkside Nursing Home staff for their thoughtfulness, kindness, friendship and personal care. Elizabeth is predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Anastasia (nee Makortoff) Bloodoff; her brother, Fred Bloodoff and George Bloodoff; and by her sister, Mary Fofonoff. At Elizabeth’s request, a celebration of life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy from those so wishing to remember the late Elizabeth Rasmussen may do so with a gift to the Yorkton Branch of the Saskatchewan Abilities Council, Box #5011, Yorkton, SK S3N 3Z4 or may make an on-line donation, specifying the donation to go to the Yorkton Branch at www.abilitiescouncil.sk.ca.
