I am a resident of nc and a minister. I also hail from wva. West Virginia is the ONLY state that it is legal to handle serpents. Ky, Al, Ga, Nc, Va, Tn has banned the practice and is illegal. You might find an underground church but being from the only legal church that still recognizes the practice im going to say- Doubtful!
Notice- Minister Long does not push this religious sect nor does he believe in it.
