I see that this is a pretty old query, but I can answer it. Hope it helps someone.
"Anglican" is a broad category word that includes the Church of England, the Episcopal Church in the USA and elsewhere in the world, and other churches with variations on the name. "The Worldwide Anglican Communion" is the name of this family of Anglican churches.

In more recent years, with controversy in the Episcopal Church USA, some churches have split and the more conservative break away churches have taken the name "Anglican" to distinguish themselves from "Episcopal".

The Jacobites are not directly related. See Wikipedia.
