Need help in identifying Isaac Rice, a Russian immigrant who was living in Philadelphia at the time of the 1910 Census, in the household of Louis Biernbaum. He was approximately 25 years of age at the time.
It appears this Isaac Rice was in the process of becoming a U.S. citizen, as his Naturalization Status is indicated as "Pa" on the 1910 Census form. It also states he arrived in the U.S. around 1905.
I have searched U.S. Naturalization records, including variants of his surname (which in all likelihood was changed from his original Russian surname), without success. I also was unable to locate him in any immigration record, again possibly owing to an altered surname.
Appreciate any assistance in this search. Thanks.
