I checked the Internet site US SEARCH for Barbara HORWITZ in New Jersey :

They had one hit for a woman, no middle initial, age 75, in Fort Lee, NJ. I did not check other states.

There are two women of that name on the online Social Security Death Index, but no connection to New Jersey is apparent.
