European Jewish ancestry is definitely reported separately. It is listed as European Jewish DNA. There is no distinction made between Ashkenaz and Sephardic in the report, no specification of countries or regions what so ever.
My DNA is 74% European Jewish, and recorded as such. Southern European, Finnish etc is listed in my chart in their own categories. If you had any Jewish DNA it would be listed, and your Central European ancestry would be listed in its own category. I have seen many charts with Jewish European and Central European ancestry listed, and they are definitely always distinct.
