Central European Jewish ancestry on DNA test

Surnames: Hartsvelder Hartsfield
Is Central European Jewish ancestry specifically noted and separate from Central European ancestry on Ancestry.com's DNA test?
My last name is Hartsfield, the Anglicized version of Hartsvelder. My ancestor Gorgius Hartsvelder emigrated to the American colonies about 1625 but changed his name to Hartsfield.
In my research, Hartsvelder is consistently referred to as an Ashkenazic Jewish name. My DNA test shows only Central European, British Isle and Scandinavian ancestry with 1% unknown. Jewish ancestry is not reported.
So again, if I have Jewish ancestors, would that be specifically noted?
