Woman Tells Judge He Has Stabbed Her Thrice and She Fears Him.

SAN FRANCISCO August 29—A sensational affidavit will be filed today by Mrs. Fannie Susoeff whose husband, James, is suing her for a divorce in Judge Trout's department of the Superior court. Mrs. Susoeff requests the court to keep her spouse away from her residence, 1341 De Haro street, alleging that he has been harassing and annoying her and she fears him. She accuses him of endeavoring to antagonize her children toward her, and sets forth that he said to them "Look at your mother, she never taught you anything"

She indicates her belief that Susoeff will stab some of her witnesses in the case, as she declares he has threatened to do that he is proficient in the stabbing art she says is plainly evident from the fact that he has stabbed her three times.

The case is hotly contested, and the evidence before the court is expected to be of a sensational nature.
