It's interesting to review the historical time-lines for California earthquakes* and prophesies by Maksimists**.
----------------------------------------------------
1906 April 18 — San Francisco earthquake, 3000 die.

1906 October — Afonasi T. Bezayeff prophesy and cancellation of Los Angeles earthquake. The article posted above.

1911 — 5 years later the next big earthquake occurs in far Northern California, no one dies.

1932 — Bezayeff and Ivan W. Sussoyeff prophecies against the formation of Big Church and the "Dukhovny Komitet", a new committee to oversee religious matters. Earthquake not mentioned.

1933 February 26 — Big Church dedication in Los Angeles.

1933 March 11 — Long Beach earthquake, 115 die.
