I suggest you write to the Salvation Army's Canadian Archives at following address:

I do not have a current email address.
Further, it is important to be specific when you write to them. The Salvation Army does not do genealogy, per se, and has a limited budget for the archives. Asking for information about a particular person at a particular time and pariticular place is a better way to start. If you do not know all that specific data, give as much as you can about one or two pariticular people, including full names.
