Okay... I can't find your post about Mary J Clark and her siblings/mother, now, but I read it before. Here's my problem. I don't know when Mary J's father was supposed to have died, but I am assuming the Harriet (age 53; NY) Clark and children in Cedar Creek, Lake Co., IN in 1860 is her. Joseph A. is the first child (age 32; NY), and Mary J. is age 21, b. IN. So... if this is the Mary J. Clark that matches up with your info, you can see she is certainly not born in 1850, and is older than previously indicated.
