Things that can cause confusion, or clear it up

Today, I found two obits/articles that could certainly help clear up some confusion for someone researching 2 specific Russell County ancestors. The first one was from 1916 and was a correction about a funeral from the week before. The newspaper had printed a certain cemetery for the funeral but it had actually taken place at another cemetery across the river in Georgia. The original announcement might have been incorrect or the funeral plans could have changed after the printing. The second one was an announcement that someone was going to Crawford, AL to retrieve the remains of a person in order to bury that person in a different cemetery from the one in which he was originally buried. I do not know why that was being done or how long after the original funeral it occurred, but both of those articles would be helpful to a researcher who only had the first announcement about their ancestor. It is always a good idea to read the newspapers from a month before to a month after the date that a funeral announcement is published. Often, other articles about visiting relatives and the deceased person's illness are published during that time period. And of course, the odd possibility of an article about a re-burial or a newspaper correction/update could be found.
