I have my greatgreatgrandfather name & born New Richmond, OH, Through census - parents Chester County, PA - But have no names. (I don't know if Phinaes Lewis Carter has siblings. He married Nancy Caroline Edwards and they moved to eastern IA where they both died. What might my next step be? I don't know who either of their parents were. Thank you
