Thanks so much Barb! Yes, I do have the obit, which I found on fulton history. But thanks for posting - it is VERY good to have for sure!

I've had quite a time with him because of the numerous variations of the spelling of his surname. I've never been able to find a passenger list oh him either. Aside from the "americanized" version of Wisniak, I've seen:

Wasnick
Wesnick
Wiechek
Wiechink
Wiechnik
Wiecknik
Winnick
Wisnack
Wisnick
Wisnick
Wissink
Wosniak
Wusnick

His first name sometimes appears as "Felix" in the census, and his gravestone is marked as "Jan." His wife's maiden name, Janusz (pronounced ya-noosh), is almost as bad with the variations. lol
