Help Deciphering Name on Death Certificate

Hoping someone can help me decipher the parents' name on this death certificate for my great great grandmother.

It is believed that she is part Chinese and part White. She was born [1880] in St Stephen (Charleston County) SC before it became Berkeley County (1882).

At first glance the father's first name is Will, but if he is Chinese it may be something else.

I've known her last name to be Lum, so I immediately chose that for the father's surname, but it looks like Lung, not sure if the last letter is a "q" "g" or suppose to be a "p".

I'm guessing the mother's last name is written the same as the father or if a mistake was made and it was suppose to be Lum, I'm guessing that's why the last letter seem to be crossed out.

Thanks for any help
