I have a number of wills from the National Archives and am trying to extract as much info as possible from them. Not all state the date of death. Would anyone out there know what would be a reasonable timeframe between someone dying and their will being proved?

If of interest, the particular person I am looking at is William ARNOLD, of Sevenoaks, Kent, UK whose will was proved in 1820. I do not know when he died.
