Classification: Query
Charlotte inherited a house and land before marrying Jonathan in 1821.They had one son,John b1833.After Charlotte's death,Jonathan married Elizabeth and had no children.Jonathan died 1843 without a will, and Administration was granted to Elizabeth.
Would both Elizabeth and John share?
How would the estate have been distributed?
Would Elizabeth have been sole guardian of John?
At what sge would John come into his inheritance?
Would Elizabeth have had control over John's share?

I hope someone can help.
