My great grandma went by Annie all of her childhood. I don't have a birth cert for her, but all census records and family stories note her as Annie. She claimed she ran away from home was she about 15 or 16 years old and changed her name to Eva. Her SSN (150-18-4667) lists her as Eva as well. I was hoping to find SS records that show when she changed her first name, and possibly where she was living when she did it. Any help is appreciated.
