I'm thinking about hiring somebody to help me fill in the gaps in my Mayflower connection.
I have made the connection through several private family trees on ancestry.com as well as through the OneWorld Tree. The Society of Mayflower Descendants says I need better documentation than that.
I descend through William White. The Society says they have the 6th generation, through the birth of Andrew White.
I need proof of the following, beginning with Andrew's marriage:
Andrew White (1737-1787) m Sara Railey (Raleigh) (1737-1782)
their daughter Mary White (1761-1827) m Georg Josef Tuchscherer (1758-1832)
their son George S. Dukeshier (1793-1875) m Hester Cunnabell (1800-1843)
their son Wentworth William Dukeshier (1836-1902) m Priscilla Lattrell (1844-1891)
their daughter Lillie Mae Dukeshier (1872-1955) married my g-grandfather
Can anybody provide me some help in getting the required documentation to fill in my gap and satisfy the Society? I have a few pieces other of documentation that can help. Please let me know.
