Can anyone please help me with this family?
George D Manchester Jr.b.1919, Massachusetts d. 1988, Massachusetts
His father was George D Manchester b. 1899 Massachusetts
His mother was Olive Davoll b. 1902 Massachusetts.
George's (1899) parents were:
Gideon Manchester b.3/13/1876 Massachusetts d. Massachusetts
Mary Ida Petty b. 1875 Massachusetts d. Massachusetts
I then have Gideons 1880 Federal Census listing him as "other" in the family of Jeremiah Manchester. Not sure if it was just left blank or what.
If I assume Jeremiah is Gideons father, then I can get as far as Gideon Manchester b. 1817 married to Martha Gray b. 1820. It just seems to end after that.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. My daughter is going crazy trying to fill in this big blank.
