I hope I am posting this in the correct place.

I have been doing some research of my family tree, picking up where my grandparents left off. After reading through a book they published, John Barns and his Descendants, they kept referring to The Williams Papers at the New York Genealogical Society. Does any know what these are? Getting to New York is not an easy task for me does anyone know if these are published online?
