The only Portrush I can think of is a town in Co. Antrim, and not one of the areas included in the free IrishGenealogy website I mentioned.

The town was in the registration district of Coleraine, so that's what should probably appear on the BMD index for their marriage entries. The RC parish seems to be named after the town - i.e. Portrush.

I had a quick look at the Civil BMD index for possible entries starting with the Coleraine district and working out from there and using Mary's name, the less common of the two, and there are a few entries for the name, but didn't spot any likely cross-matches to a Daniel Mc Mullen or similar...

what's the source of this date and location for the marriage ?
so wondering if the writing might be unclear or difficult to read...
