Has any one elsa out there had a bad experience with One Great Family? I joined them last year and it was supposed to be for a monthly subscription, but when they sent through for a year and refused to correct it, I was stuck. I did use it for a year, but was very disappointed in the way they merge your tree with another, even if you don't want to, that has glaring errors (ie-over 100 children born to one poor woman over a span of 200 years!. And they repeatedly sent you the same "matches" over and over, each time saying they were "new matches".
To top off their poor service, they charged my account for ANOTHER YEAR, despite my e-mail saying that I did not want to renew at all.
