I did not request the subscription that was tagged onto the Archives application -- which I didn't know about until after receiving a "welcome" from Archvies.
I do not want ONEGREATFAMILY.com subscription -- I cannot access anything and you do not respond to my queries about access.
Cancel my subscription and refund the 59.88 US billed to me on 28 Jun 2012.
What you are doing should be illegal.

# 1-888-896-4442 Josh – he finally understood that I don’t want my passport changed and that I have been trying for two weeks to access info on OGF and getting no response to my emails -- so, he’ll stop auto renewal AND refund 28th June charges for both OGF & Archives.com
Will cancel everything – refund $99.83 US –
Now we'll see if the credit shows up on my account.
