13 July 2012 -- billing issues
I did not request the subscription that was tagged onto the Archives application -- which I didn't know about until after receiving a "welcome" from Archvies.
I do not want subscription -- I cannot access anything and you do not respond to my queries about access.
Cancel my subscription and refund the 59.88 US billed to me on 28 Jun 2012.
What you are doing should be illegal.
