Hi Paul, my parents were first cousins, and i asked my Dad, "what do you call Grandma", he replied, when I was young Aunty Hilda, now I just give her a big hug and say, great to see you", and he just used to shake my Grandpop's hand, but didnt call them anything once they became the inlaws.
