Is anyone else having problems with Heritage Quest not fully loading images?

I've never had this problem before. I have not changed any computer settings, nor how I access the site. Every time I try to view anything there anymore, all I'm getting is a partial image to load...maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of any given page. I've tried everything...clearing cache, cookies, trying to download the images as different file formats, etc. They're always partial images. ProQuest tells me there's no problem on their end, so I'd like to ask some of you to please check and see if you're having the same problem I am.
