This is a great website for researching Births, Deaths, and Marriages in Massachusetts from 1841 to 1910. Also, once you get a Researcher card from Mass Archives, I can get 5 lookups/photocopies for 50 cents each in the mail. I send an email request (5 lookups at a time), they do the lookup/photocopying and mail the results with an invoice for $2.50. Once I pay by check, I can do another 5. It takes about 4 weeks, but you can't beat the price/service.
