The volunteers at my FHC are very nice, but they keep insisting that I "don't need" to order files from the Family History Library that I really want. They have a few microfilms at their location that were checked out by another patron for the county I'm researching, but there are so many more available at the FHL.
Is this a common philosophy at Family History Centers? I was just wondering if I might want to try driving to a different town to make an order or not.
Thanks,
Mary :)
