Hello my name is Sherri Stout, and im looking for my 1/2 sister Emily Kay Stout 30 yrs old from Maryland.Ive been looking for sometime now and i have found nothing. Her dad Gary Allen Stout is from West Virginia and hes not in good health. His dream has always been to find his daughter before he dies. Her grandmothers name (from her dads side) is Claudia Olive Stout who has passed away, and her grandfathers name is Earlo Eugene Stout who has also passed away. She has 4 uncles, Michael (Mike) Stout from Maryland, Ronald (Ronni) Stout MD, Charles (Chuck) Stout W.va, and Robert (Bobby) Stout. Emily as far as i know has never seen her dad or her dad left when she was a baby. Whatever the reason was at this point should not matter because our dad is running out of time.
